Abu Dhabi Terminals (ADT) and CSP- Abu Dhabi sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration and ensure smooth transactions between the two facilities. The MoU promises to increase the cooperation between the two companies, directly benefitting the Abu Dhabi and UAE trade and supporting the Abu Dhabi Leadership vision 2030. The signing of MoU came in conjunction with the official inauguration of CSP Terminal – Abu Dhabi. Lufthansa Group buys more new generation short- and medium-haul aircraft

The Supervisory Board of Deutsche Lufthansa AG has approved the purchase of 27 short- and medium-haul aircraft. Purchase options for 24 Airbus A320neo and three A321neo will be converted into firm orders. With this decision, the Lufthansa Group is reacting to the positive market and earnings development and thus ensuring the necessary fleet size in the coming years. The total investment of this order amounts to a list price of about three billion US dollars. Aim for 1 Billion Passengers to Fly on Sustainable Aviation Fuel Flights by 2025

The International Air transport Association (IATA) set out an aim for one billion passengers to fly on flights powered by a mix of jet fuel and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) by 2025. This aspiration was identified on the tenth anniversary of the first flight to blend sustainable aviation fuel and ordinary jet fuel. On 24 February 2008, a Virgin Atlantic Boeing 747 flew from London to Amsterdam with sustainable aviation fuel in one of its engines.
