Emirates SkyCargo partners with Gargash to transport Alfa Romeos for celebrity motor rally

Cars flown to London to mark Dubai based Gargash’s 100th anniversary Emirates SkyCargo, the freight division of Emirates, and Gargash, one of the largest distributors of premium and luxury cars in the UAE, have partnered to transport two Alfa Romeos from Dubai to London for the prestigious Gumball 3000 motor rally. The two cars, an Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio and an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio were transported onboard an Emirates SkyCargo Boeing 777 freighter from Dubai to London. DC Aviation Al-Futtaim expands managed aircraft fleet

DC Aviation Al-Futtaim (DCAF) has added another Bombardier Challenger aircraft to its managed fleet. The management contract will see DCAF provide full Flight Operational Aircraft Management services, in-house maintenance, Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO), hangar parking and FBO handling at its facility at Al Maktoum International Airport. First Airbus A321LR completes hot weather tests at Sharjah International Airport

Transatlantic mission capable single aisle on track for 2018 entry into service  Airbus’ first A321LR has completed a set of hot weather tests at Sharjah International Airport. The hot weather tests which began on Tuesday 27th March, were performed to check the aircraft’s systems’ behaviour with a focus on the cabin, including cooling performance on the ground.
