Air Arabia (PJSC) today reported strong financial results for the first quarter (January to March) 2019 as the Middle East & North Africa’s first and largest low-cost carrier continued to deliver solid commercial and operational results. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) released data for the 2018 safety performance of the commercial airline industry showing continuing safety improvements over the long term, but an increase in accidents compared to 2017.
